Terms and Conditions – 8k8com Official Platform Rules and Policies

1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words have specific meanings that apply throughout the document:

• "KYC" — refers to Know Your Customer verification, the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals are processed at 8k8com.
• "PHP / ₱" — refers to the Philippine Peso, the only currency in which 8k8com transacts.

2 Eligibility

To use 8k8com, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 8k8com strictly prohibits use by minors.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 8k8com or any affiliated company.
• You must not have been previously banned or excluded from 8k8com or any related platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.

3 Account Registration

When you register at 8k8com, you agree to the following conditions that govern your account:

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your 8k8com account. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, address, email address, and any other details requested during registration or KYC. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 One Account Per Member

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at 8k8com. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 8k8com will close all but the original account and may void any winnings associated with the additional accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or OTP codes with anyone. 8k8com will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login details. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Before 8k8com processes a withdrawal request, you will be required to complete identity verification. You will need to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or UMID), proof of address, and in some cases, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being held until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

8k8com supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Filipino members: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at 8k8com is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and may be returned to the originating payment method.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to 8k8com are processed within 1–3 business days following successful KYC verification. 8k8com aims to complete most withdrawals within 24 hours for verified accounts. Withdrawal amounts must not exceed your available real-money balance. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met.

4.4 Withdrawal to Original Method

8k8com applies an anti-money laundering policy that requires withdrawals to be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the deposited amount. Any excess beyond the deposited amount may be withdrawn via your preferred supported method upon request.

4.5 Transaction Fees

8k8com does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (such as your bank or e-wallet) may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on 8k8com are subject to acceptance by the platform. 8k8com reserves the right to decline or limit any bet for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected irregular betting patterns, system errors, or bets placed on suspended markets.

5.2 Odds and Market Changes

Odds displayed on 8k8com are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a confirmation reference is issued, the odds at the time of acceptance apply. 8k8com is not liable for changes in odds after a bet has been placed and confirmed.

5.3 Void Bets and Event Cancellations

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond the accepted timeframe, or if a market is declared void by 8k8com, all affected pre-event bets will be voided and stakes returned to member accounts. Live bets already in progress at the time of an abandonment will be settled according to the state of play at the time of the stoppage, at 8k8com's discretion.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Bet limits vary by market and member tier at 8k8com. The minimum bet is ₱100. Maximum bet limits are displayed on individual markets and may be adjusted at 8k8com's discretion, including for VIP members who may access higher limits through the VIP Club.

5.5 Errors in Odds and Payouts

In the event of a manifest error — such as odds being published at clearly incorrect values due to a technical fault — 8k8com reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Any winnings paid as a result of an obvious error may be reclaimed from the member's account balance.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

All promotions offered by 8k8com are subject to the general conditions listed here as well as any specific terms attached to each individual offer. Where a conflict exists, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• 8k8com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Members who attempt to abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other manipulative practices — will have bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balance and are used first when placing bets, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window stated in each promotion. Unfulfilled bonuses expire at the end of their validity period.

7 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

8k8com is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripted programs to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players or with any party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or miscalculated odds to generate illegitimate winnings.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Providing false identity information or attempting to circumvent KYC verification.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or are not authorised for your use.
• Placing bets with insider knowledge or non-public information in a manner that constitutes sports manipulation.

8k8com cooperates fully with regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies. Any detected illegal activity on the platform will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

8 Privacy and Data

By registering at 8k8com, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. 9 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

11 Account Termination

11.1 Closure by Member

You may close your 8k8com account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be handled and any active bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited.

11.2 Closure or Suspension by 8k8com

8k8com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account if you are found to have violated any part of these Terms and Conditions. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or regulatory violations, account closure may occur immediately without prior notice. Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation and regulatory guidance.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant at 8k8com if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. A monthly inactivity fee of ₱50 will be deducted from the dormant account balance. If the balance reaches ₱0, the account will be closed. Members are notified by email before inactivity fees begin to apply.

12 Amendments to These Terms

8k8com may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where the changes are material, 8k8com will notify registered members via the email address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the 8k8com platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you may close your account as described in Section 11.1 before the changes take effect.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the Philippines and the regulations of 8k8com's licensing authority. Any disputes arising from your use of 8k8com that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory body.
